・Proof of Status for Students

Student is required to upload a copy of valid Student ID (Student card with photo) including the expiry date that indicates proof of your status as a student at the first day of the Congress during the registration.
If you are unable to upload your Student ID onto the registration system, please send it to the Congress Secretariat by email (eafes2025_info@convention-plus.com).

・Cancellation and Refund Policy

The refund deadline for the registration fee is May 14, 2025. If a cancellation of participation is received by this date, the fee will be refunded, excluding bank transfer fees and other expenses. For cancellation, please contact the Congress Secretariat by email (eafes2025_info@convention-plus.com).

・Payment Methods

Payment should be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card only.

・Issuance of Receipt

You can download your receipt from My Page.

・Accompanying Person

  • An accompanying person is unable to attend the congress (access to lectures) unless paying the full amount of registration fee as a regular participant.
  • An accompanying person interested in attending the banquet on July 19, 2025 needs to apply with "Banquet Registration Form for Accompanying Person" in advance. Basically, one accompanying person is allowed per registered participant.

The payment is required in Japanese Yen at the Registration Desk on the day.



Cancellation and Refund Policy

The refund deadline for the banquet fee for an accompanying person is May 14, 2025. If a cancellation of participation is received by this date, the fee will not be charged at the Registration Desk at the venue. For cancellation, please contact the Congress Secretariat by email (eafes2025_info@convention-plus.com).


Abstract Submission

  • Registration is mandatory before the abstract submission. During the abstract submission process, you will be asked to input your Registration ID.
  • After you have submitted your abstract, a notification email will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive the email, please contact the Congress Secretariat by email (eafes2025_info@convention-plus.com).

・Symposia

Submission Period

How to Submit Abstract

  • Speakers of an accepted symposium must submit their abstracts by themselves after the principal organizer finalizes the list of speakers including openly invited ones.

  • Abstracts will be accepted in English only.
  • Abstracts must be a maximum of 300 words.
  • No figures or tables can be submitted.

・Poster Sessions

*If the number of abstract submissions reached the maximum (up to ca. 200 posters), the submission will be closed before the deadline.

How to Submit Abstract

  • After the registration, please submit your abstract by clicking the above "Abstract Submission" button onto the abstract submission system.

  • Three or more keywords are required.
  • Acceptance or rejection of an abstract will be notified by the end of May to the e-mail address you entered when submitting an abstract.
