Submission period
Application for Poster Submissions has been closed as the number of abstracts reached to the maximum.
Open: February 21, 2025
Close: May 14, 2025
*If the number of abstract submissions reached the maximum (up to ca. 200 posters),
the submission will be closed before the deadline.
Session types
・Poster with Award Entry (up to ca. 100 posters)
Awards are open to students who submit abstracts for poster sessions for the 11th EAFES International Congress.
A graduate or undergraduate student, at the time of Congress, can select "Poster with Award Entry" for the Session Type when submitting an abstract.
Awardees will be announced during the Closing Ceremony.
Award certificates will be sent to awardees in PDF format after the Congress.
・Poster without Award Entry (up to ca. 100 posters)
Those who are not students or students who do not select the award entry will select "Poster without Award Entry" at the Session Type when submitting an abstract.
Submission guideline
- An abstract must be written in English with a maximum of 300 words.
- No figures or tables can be included in an abstract.
- Three or more keywords are required to be selected from below.

Notification of acceptance/rejection
Acceptance or rejection of an abstract will be notified to the e-mail address you entered when submitting an abstract.
You may request a refund if your abstract is rejected even after the refund deadline of May 14, 2025.
Please be sure to enter a valid e-mail address that you check regularly, as we will send you important notices via e-mail.
Important note
Duplicated applications and duplicated presentations are not acceptable. Symposium speakers are not eligible for giving poster presentations. Those who apply for openly invited talks for symposia, do not apply for poster presentations.
