Childcare Support

We are pleased to inform you that a childcare support will be available at the 11th EAFES. If you plan to use this support, please carefully note the following.

・Care Recipients

Up to 12 years old(6th grade of elementary school)
Important: We do not provide the childcare support for sick children(with a fever of 37.5°C or higher etc.)

July 20(Sun)-21(Mon), 2025

・Registration

Deadline: June 19(Thu)

・Payment

After the registration, you will get a confirmation mail.
Please follow the payment instruction on the mail.
The payment is required in Japanese Yen at the Reception desk on the day.
If you are unable to pick up your child by the scheduled time, an additional fee will be charged (in 30-minute increments).

・Cancel Policy

Please notify the 11th EAFES Local Congress Secretariat by 17:00 Tuesday, July 15(JST).
Changes and refunds are not possible under any circumstances after this date.
If your child is unable to attend due to a fever or if you need to cancel on the day, please make sure to visit the childcare room in person.
